Bernadette is also the CEO/Founder of her own hair product line called The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Professional Hair Products. They are all-natural hair products that she provides to her hair clients and customers to maintain healthy growing hair. As of right now, Bernadette’s different hair products are: 3-N-1 Hydrating Botanical Shampoo, Body Wash & Shave Cream, Ultimate Strengthening Conditioner, Silk Protein Leave In Detangler, Flat Iron Thermal Defense Spray, Polish Spray, Nature Rejuvenating Oil, Freeze Hairspray, and Edge Control.
As the owner of The Dream Team Hair and Beauty Store, what is the experience you want to provide to consumers?
As the owner of The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Brand I would love for all customers to experience the best quality of service in all areas the brand provides.
As a Salon Owner at The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Salon, I want every client to feel like they are at home as soon as they walk into the salon in a relaxing atmosphere. The client will walk out feeling like a different person looking brand new after a great service has been provided.
As the CEO/Founder of The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Professional Hair Products, I want every customer to experience great quality hair products that are not harsh to the hair, that will help thicken the hair, and promote hair growth, and more.
How do you define and celebrate your beauty?
I define and celebrate my beauty because I’m beautiful inside out and treat people the way I want to be treated. I helped people when they needed help and want to see people succeed.
I celebrate my own beauty because it’s rare.

What do you love most about your hair and why?
I have relaxer-free hair because I have hair color on top. What I love most about my relaxer-free hair is that it is healthy and easy to manage. The only hair products I use on my hair are The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Professional Hair Products for over 2yrs and my hair remained healthy from using my products.
What is a solution you provide to those who are currently struggling with their hair?
Every customer is different so we would need to have a consultation to come up with the right solution to the problem. So I can recommend the right hair products for their hair.

Ultimate Strengthening Conditioner strengthens and thickens the hair. This conditioner is enriched with Biotin and ProVitamin B5, two powerful vitamins that strengthen, nourish and add luster to hair. A mix of 11 amino acids, the building block of proteins, are used to strengthen, repair, and condition the hair shaft.
Polish Spray creates an instant shine on dry or dull hair without weighing it down. Smooth’s frizzy fried ends, and dries without a trace.

Black Women should celebrate their hair journey because it represents freedom and value. Black women were enslaved and they were made to feel less than human. In 1865 Black women were finally able to present themselves in a way that made them feel valuable. Black women’s hair has played a major role in Black American history by bringing families together, creating jobs and economic growth, etc.

In 2023, The Dream Team Hair and Beauty Brand will be doing an event called The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Pop Up Entertainment shop to celebrate The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Professional Products’ 3rd Anniversary. This Event will have entertainment, vendors, and more.
This Event will be in September. I will be going to salons & barbershops to sell The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Professional Hair Products and let them know about different upcoming events and give them new information about The Dream Team Hair & Beauty Professional Hair Products every visit. I will be coming out with a new hair product this year also.
I am celebrating Black Hair and Black Beauty because we naturally have beautiful distinct hair and skin. I cherish that because that is what makes us unique.
