The New Year is a time when people reevaluate their lives, especially their health and eating habits. Dianna King, the co-founder of Eat UNrestricted, has made it easier to make those healthier food choices without sacrificing the taste. Her black owned business makes allergen-friendly vegan cheese dips that taste amazing.
King is an electrical engineer by trade but has always been an entrepreneur and foodie. Her family history of cancer inspired her to make the change to a vegan diet in 2016. Shortly after her diet change she began to receive compliments on the Mac and cheese she served at community dinners. Dianna worked on perfecting the recipe for two years, she then met co-founder Eric Thompson and together they continued to perfect the process.
They have now introduced what they call “better cheddar” to the local market and received rave reviews. Their carrot and potato based sauce/dip is artificial color and preservatives free, naturally gluten free, soy free, dairy free, and NUT/CASHEW free.
This is truly a cheese dip/sauce that can be enjoyed by most if not all and it has received 5 star reviews from their customers and local personal chefs they’ve worked with.
